Hello, I\u2019m Marie.
I was born in Stuttgart, moved to London after finishing school, then to Cologne for my medical studies, back to Stuttgart for work, cycled halfway around the world, and eventually landed in Berlin in 2021. I have been living and working here ever since.
\n\nYes, I have moved around quite a bit, seen, experienced and encountered many different things, and \u2014 also thanks to my privileges \u2014 I was often able to let myself be guided by my curiosity and my sense of adventure. I am very grateful for that today.
\n\nAfter completing my medical studies, my professional path led me into internal medicine, where I worked as a resident physician in cardiology, gastroenterology and oncology. Once I had saved enough money, I set off \u2014 cycling all the way to India and back.
\n\nAfterwards, I wanted to take a new professional path that would allow me to work more closely and holistically with people. I therefore began my training in Gestalt and body-oriented psychotherapy. Soon after, I started working as a physician in the field of psychosomatics and psychotherapy in an inpatient clinic, where I worked with individuals and groups.
\n\nSince the end of 2025, I have moved into my own psychotherapy practice, where I offer Gestalt and body-oriented psychotherapy, facilitate workshops and lead a self-experience group. You can find out more about the workshops here<\/a> and about the group here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, I joined the executive training team of my training institute, the Gestalt Institut Frankfurt a. M. e. V. (GIF), where I will guide and lead future training groups.

\n\nWhat I particularly love about my work is creating a space in which people can meet themselves and others with curiosity, experience themselves and grow \u2014 and, above all, be just as they are in that exact moment.
\n\nIt is a space where one can reconnect with oneself, one\u2019s own body, nature and Mother Earth, as well as with other people, and invite and celebrate one\u2019s own aliveness.

Hallo, ich bin Marie.Geboren in Stuttgart, nach dem Abi nach London, zum Studium nach K\u00f6ln, zur Arbeit zur\u00fcck nach Stuttgart, dann einmal um die halbe Welt geradelt, um dann 2021 in Berlin zu landen. Seit dem wohne und arbeite ich hier. Bin also schon viel rumgekommen, habe viel gesehen, erlebt und kennen gelernt und konnte mich dank meiner Privilegien meist von meiner Neugier und Abenteuerlust treiben lassen. Daf\u00fcr bin ich heute sehr dankbar. Mein beruflicher Weg hat mich nach meinem Medizinstudium in den Bereich der Inneren Medizin gef\u00fchrt, wo ich als Assistenz\u00e4rztin in der Kardiologie, Gastro-Enterologie und Onkologie gearbeitet habe. Als ich gen\u00fcgend Geld gespart hatte, bin ich losgezogen – einmal mit dem Fahrrad bis nach Indien und zur\u00fcck. Danach wollte ich beruflich einen neuen Weg einschlagen, der noch n\u00e4her und ganzheitlicher an den Menschen dran ist.
